Sequoians Nude Recreation
Sequoians Nude Recreation

Welcome to The Sequoians

Celebrating Over 70 Years of Body Acceptance in the Bay Area!

Sequoians is a social nude membership club which caters to its members, affiliated club members, members' guests, and new visitors considering membership. Everyone can enjoy nude recreation in our safe and family friendly forest park-like setting. Sequoians is a co-operative; members pool together to create fun activities and events — it is also a place where members enjoy days of nude relaxation, tanning, swimming, relaxing in the hot-tub, camping, hiking, wildlife, bird watching, lawn games and other activities.

During the club’s Open Season (April through October) visitors may visit three times on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays before deciding if they’d like to apply for membership. Membership entitles them continued access onto Sequoians’ grounds for the purpose and enjoyment of nude recreation.

During Open Season (April-October) the Sequoians office hours are weekends/holidays: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.

If you plan on coming to one of our evening events, you must arrive 1 hour before gate and office closes at 5 pm and pay daily gate fee and gain entrance. No admittance after 5 pm.

First Time Visitors

If you are planning to visit us for your first time, visit our First Time Visitors for important information.

Check out the Sequoians calendar to start making plans to attend any of our upcoming events.

As a membership club, we all work hard to keep Sequoians affordable for everyone when they visit.

COVID-19 & Sequoians

Most facilities are closed by order of the County of Alameda; including the rec hall, hot tub and cooking facilities. The hiking trails are open as are several sunning areas. It’s a good time to bring a picnic lunch (please do not share) and don’t forget your towel, water, mask and lotion!

MASK, DISTANCING, WASHING AND WAIVER: There is a set of Sequoians rules / COVID-19 Guidelines and a Waiver available at the office. Masks and social distancing are required in the common grounds. The waiver will need to be signed and turned in at the office in order to enter club grounds.

COOPERATION: Everyone on grounds is expected to help. Our hope is to move cautiously forward; comply with the County ordinances and concerns of safety. All guidelines, rules and restrictions must be adhered for your safety and the safety of others. Thank you for your cooperation.
