July Events

Sunday July 2nd –
Trail Celebration Week

Kick off the week with a guided tour.  Hikes will include all levels of hiking to suit your abilities and hiking desires.  Guides will be leading these various hiking excursions, but you can always head out on your own at any time.

ALSO, AN ANNUAL RIDGE HIKE BEGINS AT 6 PM IN THE REC HALL ON TUESDAY, JULY 4TH.

For hikes you will want to bring hiking shoes, water and probably a flashlight.  Depending upon weather and potentially leaving our boundaries, you may want to bring a wrap or some type of cover-up or clothing.

Sequoians LUAU & 70th Birthday Party!

Sequoians is celebrating its 70 year anniversary with a weekend of fun filled events, July 28-30, featuring our signature LUAU. The fun begins for members on Friday night with some old fashioned “nudist movies” on the lawn.

Saturday brings our Luau with daytime activities including games, swimming, crafts, body art, fun nudist style clothes and accessories for purchase, ukulele music, and no host bar. Our wonderful Luau dinner begins with appetizers in the late afternoon. Then we chow down on pork from a spit roasted pig, BBQ chicken, grilled salmon with salad, veggies, rice and yummy dessert. Later in the evening we dance to the music of Billy London and the Lucky Dice. The fee for Saturday’s Luau meal and dance is $25 per person..

The special activities for Sunday will be a scavenger hunt, tug-of-war, and a club favorite, pudding toss.
